How can I be aware of the delivery slots?
Delivery slots are basically time slots during which the products purchased from NaturalProject.sg are delivered to you. NaturalProject.sg ususally delivers products from 10 am in the morning to 8 pm in the evening.
Can I add or remove products after placing my order?
Once you complete placing an order, it won’t be possible for you to make any modification on the website. In such cases, you are advised to contact our customer support team.
Am I able to order items that are currently out of stock?
Unfortunately, that is something we currently are not being able to offer.
Can I cancel my order after checking out the products?
We will process the order after receiving it. This means we are unable to make any amendment or cancellation on the orders received.
What time do you generally process orders?
Orders that are confirmed before 12 noon are processed for shipping on the same day, and the rest are taken through the shipping process on the next business day.
PREORDER
Am I able to cancel my order after payment?
We will proceed with the packing of an order after receiving it. This means we are unable to make any amendment or cancellation on the orders received.
Am I able to exchange the size if I bought the wrong size?
For any request of size exchange, kindly email to npteam@naturalproject.com.sg and we would guide you on the exchange process. Please note that all terms and conditions has to be met before the exchange could take place.
What happened if I received a defective product?
We are sorry for sending you a defective item.
Please write in to npteam@naturalproject.com.sg within 7 calendar days upon receiving your products with the following details:
1) Your order number
2) Picture of the defect
3) Name and contact information
Our team will be in touch with you and guide you through the process of replacement.
How long does it take to receive my preorder items after the order is placed?
Preorder is usually open for a 2 weeks period. The order will be packed and set aside for delivery after the preorder is closed. We would then dispatch all orders for delivery the next working day after the last day of preorder.

Why is it showing that I am unable to checkout the products in the shopping cart?
We are sorry to learn that you are facing hardships in checking the products out. Please email the customer support team at npteam@naturalproject.com.sg.
Please note that NaturalProject.sg reserves the right to revoke access to suspected fraudulent acccounts.
What are the forms of payments that I can use?
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay and Wechat Pay. In order to make it even more convenient for you, we also offer ‘Store Pickup’ option.
Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?
Yes. An order confirmation with order summary will be sent to your email address once you place an order with a successful transaction.
I have ordered and confirmed payment on NaturalProject.sg. What do I do now?
You are all set! Now all you have to do is to wait for your parcel to arrive at your doorstep.
Will NaturalProject.sg store my payment information?
We at NaturalProject.sg respect the privacy of the customers and do not store any information pertaining to credit/debit card of any customer. So, when you pay by credit/debit card, your card information is transacted to payment gateway providers in the most secure way possible.
I have a discount code. How do I enter it?
