DELIVERY

• Natural Project will put in the best effort to be as efficient and accurate when receiving and dispatching orders. Please note that we only ship to residential or commercial address, and not to P.O. box addresses.
• Natural Project will dispatch approved orders as soon as possible and in the order that they have been received. Depending on the destination of delivery, delivery timing may vary between 3 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday).
• Occasional delays to delivery may occur during peak periods or in the case of unexpected events. In the unlikely event that your delivery time exceeds 14 working days, you may cancel your order and a full refund will be given back to you.
• If your order does not arrive by the scheduled date, please contact our Customer Service team.
